Does someone need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, by law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature from someone 21 years of age or older. The carrier will check a valid government-issued ID upon arrival.

What happens if my bottle arrives damaged?
If your order arrives broken or leaking, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for a replacement or refund.
Can I return a bottle of wine or spirits?
Due to various state regulations, we can only accept returns for products that are spoiled or if the incorrect item was shipped. All sales are final once the bottle has been opened.
