Parcels are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and aged 18 months in new French and American oak barrels separately before blending. It offers intense aromas of black fruit and spice balanced by earthy notes of black tea and tobacco. Structured and elegant; the wine will evolve over 2-3 years and drink well for many more.
