CUISINE EN FAMILLE TOUTOU RIEN RED WINE FRANCE 2021

A delightful side project from husband and wife team from La Florane in northern Cote du Rhone and Le Vieux Donjon in Chateauneuf du Pape respectively. The red doggie (toutou) is a blend of 70% Grenache & 30% Cinsault (and maybe a smidge of carignan and marselan) grown on sandy soils. Light in color and tannins, it drinks, as quoted straight from the top dog's mouth, as "a baby Rayas"...Nuff said!!!
