Añejo Cristalino is aged for a minimum of 1 year in French oak white wine barrels, then charcoal filtered to create our stunning cristalino expression. Nose is tropical fruits, citrus zest, white florals, vanilla. Palate is pineapple, miso, stone fruit, lime. Finish is mineral and round with a delicate sweetness.
