This natural amber (orange) wine is crafted from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes, hand-harvested from a single biodynamic vineyard in Gurjaani village, Kakheti. Fermented with indigenous Georgian yeast in traditional clay Qvevri vessels for six months, the wine is bottled unfiltered, honoring an 8,000-year-old winemaking heritage.
